Please note that keys for extended
fishing will not be mailed out this year. They can be picked up
at the lake on May 19 during the Fishing Derby from 8am - 12pm.
You can also pick it up on your first visit during the new season!
Thank
you for your interest in the Extended Fishing Program at Lake Minear
Beach. Please make sure boat stickers are visible on the left side of
your boat. (Members fishing from shore will not receive a sticker.) If
you wish to participate in our Extended Fishing Program please visit
our Membership Sign-up
area.
No motorized vehicles will be allowed
Guests must have a pass and remain with members at
all times. Guest passes can be purchased at the lake $12.50 for 5
punches and $20.00 for 10 punches.
Please make sure that you lock
the gate behind you
after you enter or leave the lake.
Report any lost or stolen keys on the hot line
847-680-8897. (A replacement key charge will apply and under no
circumstances are keys to be duplicated.) Your cooperation will make
this program enjoyable for all members.
Fishing Guests at Lake
Minear Beach
If you would like to bring in a guest during
extended fishing hours you need to purchase a guest pass in advance.
You must have a guest pass for insurance reasons. Guest will not be
allowed to bring in any type of boat or floating device. Members will
be responsible for their guest while they are at the lake.
Zebra Mussels Found at Lake
Minaer
Zebra mussels have been found in Lake Minear.
You must use the proper precautions while fishing and boating. If you
do not know what they are please go the visit this Zebra Mussel Web site
for information or call the our hotline and they can be mail
information about them.
